It is with confidence that I recommend the services of Hilari Weinstein and High Impact Communication.  I had the pleasure of working with Hilari on two separate projects, totaling approximately $50 million and we were successful on winning both projects.

Hilari’s expertise was utilized in two different ways.  First, she was called upon to work with two specific individual team members.   They had very little public speaking experience and therefore had little to no comfort level in presenting to a group of people on a selection panel.  Hilari made observations followed by recommendations regarding how the individuals could come across as more comfortable and confident while presenting not only their own credentials, but also the presentation material.  Through just a couple of hours of practice with these individuals, they were both significantly more confident in themselves and comfortable with the content they were responsible for during the presentation.

Next, Hilari was asked to assist with rehearsals of the entire presentation team, which in our case, consisted of a group of five team members with varying degrees of comfort with public speaking.  She was able to help organize the PowerPoint slide show to flow more effectively and also made the presentation members come across as the competent true team that they are.  The results were amazing during both presentations and the outcomes were both huge wins for our firm!
